Diamond Community Care is a provides disability support services to people with disabilities and is now seeking to offer services to those funded through the NDIS. It allow all registered participants to live life as independently as possible and offer a variety of disability supports to help them.
We’ve grown our business with a clear focus of what we want to see in this world – diversity and accessibility. Many people living with disability in Australia face barriers to areas such as employment, education, and community. It is in these areas where we want to be a part of the change that sees us all live in a better Australia.
All are staff are registered and experience in the Disability Sector supporting people with disability live a quality life regardless of their disability.
